I have a desire to get better at CW (Morse code). I feel that I can do OK with the short quick exchanges like we do in POTA and SKCC, but when the contact goes into more of a conversation, I struggle to keep up the speed where I would like it to be.
I signed up for the CW Innovations class. We will start on January 13 and the class runs over Zoom twice a week for 10 weeks. Instead of just sending and receiving within the class, CW Innovations focuses on HOW to study and improve, and then we are to actually work on that on our own time … while doing our “homework”. Knowing how to learn makes more sense to me than just doing more of the same hoping you will get better. For those 10 weeks, I plan to work hard and see how much my CW improves. It will be fun!
