2024 was a little different year than normal for flying. It seemed like that wind just didn’t want to cooperate. We were either getting no wind, or kite-shredding high winds. I can go fly for an hour or two in an evening, but most flying for me needs to happen on weekends. The wind just didn’t cooperate much on the weekends.
Our biggest local event is the Callaway Kite Flight. Here is a video I created from the two-day, 2024 event:
